Interest free credit is now available

With all the things you have to think of when you renovate or maintain a property, every little bit of support to make it easier is welcome. We spoke to a number of our customers and contacts about providing a finance option that meant that ordering shutters didn’t require you to pay a lump sum all in one go. Following feedback, we decided to find a way of offering interest free credit. And that’s exactly what we’ve done, with Deko Finance.

We are now offering 12 months interest free credit for all shutter orders over £1,500. You can find answers to common questions below, and if you can’t find the information you’re looking for, get in touch.

How do I apply for interest free credit?

If you’re interested in applying for our Interest Free Credit Plan, we’ll take you through the application during your face-to-face consultation. It shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes to complete with you and it’s submitted to Deko for them to review. It usually takes no longer than a few minutes for Deko to agree your credit and they will email you a copy of the agreement directly.

Who decides whether I get accepted for interest free credit or not?

The finance is subject to acceptance from Deko. Following acceptance, you will need to pay a 50% deposit. Deko will then email a copy of the agreement directly to you.

What do I pay for upfront and what do I have left to pay?

You will be required to pay a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% balance will be spread over 12 monthly payments (with 0% interest).

When do my payments start?

The first payment is due around four weeks after your shutters have been installed. This way, we can be sure that you’re satisfied with your new shutters.

What products qualify for the interest free credit?

Interest free credit can be used on any shutter orders over the value of £1,500.

Can I change my mind once the finance is agreed?

You may cancel the finance at any point before the first payment is processed. However, the shutter order cannot be cancelled and so the balance is then due to be paid directly to Inspiring Shutters and Blinds in full.
