In the unlikely event that the shutters we install develop some kind of issue, then all you need to do is call us up and we’ll do all we can to sort out any problems.
We like the personal approach – your first experience with us will be via a home consultation visit. We’re happy to arrange this visit at a time and a place that suits you as we know people lead busy lives – they can’t always arrange to get the time off during normal business hours.
We don’t send along a pushy salesman either – we don’t employ such people; indeed we don’t employ sales personnel at all! Your visit will be conducted by a member of our craftsman team – someone who knows the ins and outs of shutters, and who has a vast amount of experience in the creation of shutters.
Our representative will discuss your options and will listen to what you have to say. They will also address any concerns you may have, and will come up with a few suggestions of their own. They will bring along a few samples for you to have a look at too.
When you confirm your order we ask that you pay a fifty percent deposit up front. The installation will then take place at a time that suits you, and with a minimum of fuss. Once your new shutters have been installed and you are completely satisfied, then we ask that you pay the remainder of your invoice.
